北京塞隆国际文化创意园位于朝阳区双桥东路9号，项目前身为北京胜利建材水泥库，占地面积约70亩。

Beijing Salon International Cultural Creative Park is located at No. 9, Shuangqiao East Road, Chaoyang District. The project was formerly known as Beijing Shengli Building Materials Cement Warehouse, covering an area of about 70 mu.

园区于2014年正式启动建设独有的筒仓46座，在注重保留具有30多年历史的水泥库老厂区的建筑风格和工业元素的同时，注入了时尚元素，使传统的工业文明与现代艺术创意有机融合。

In 2014, the park officially launched the construction of 46 unique silos. While focusing on retaining the architectural style and industrial elements of the old plant area of the cement silo with a history of more than 30 years, it also injected fashion elements, so as to organically integrate traditional industrial civilization with modern artistic creativity.

园区内独有的两条400多米长的铁路线保存完整，结合项目自身极具特色的工业遗址形态以及空间优势，打造出以铁轨、火车、站台、仓库及大规模罐体等特色为背景的数字化特色影视拍摄和制作基地。

The two unique railway lines of more than 400 meters long in the park are well preserved. Combining the unique industrial site form and space advantages of the project, a digital film and television shooting and production base with the characteristics of railway tracks, trains, platforms, warehouses and large-scale tanks is built.
