北京电影学院文创园（租赁中心：010-53354000）位于北京市朝阳区平房地区京城梨园西侧，紧邻地铁6号线褡裢坡站。建筑面积7万平米，分两期开发。一期12000平方已竣工 ，建筑外立面为明清风格，共三层 层高4.2米。可租面积100平方至4000平方。 二期在我们的西侧建筑面积5.8万平方4层预期明年3月竣工。

The Innovation Park of Beijing Film Academy is located in the west of Liyuan, the capital city, in Pingfang District, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and is close to the Ringpo Station of Metro Line 6. With a building area of 70000 square meters, it will be developed in two phases. The 12000 square meters of the first phase has been completed. The exterior facade of the building is in the style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, with a total of three floors of 4.2 meters high. The rentable area ranges from 100 square meters to 4000 square meters. The second phase is expected to be completed in March next year with a building area of 58000 square meters and four floors on our west side.

The architectural style of the first floor underground and the third floor above the ground is modern, with a loft of 5.2 meters high. The sunken plaza on the first floor contains more than 80 supporting businesses and a film and television greenhouse with a construction area of 4000 square meters and a height of 15 meters. The film and television greenhouse can meet the needs of industries such as high-end forums of creative culture, film watching conferences, star media meetings, deductive performances, variety shows, and TV series shooting.
